What if my tiles are damaged or the order received is not correct?

All damages and irregularities must be notified immediately, at the latest within 14 days of delivery. You must advise us of the exact amount missing or damaged and where possible replacements will be provided. Due to the fragile nature of the goods it will be deemed acceptable if there are 1 or 2 broken tiles and we recommend that using these where cuts are necessary. If on first inspection you notice that there are damages please advise us immediately.

What if I order too many tiles?

We do not accept the return of surplus tiles and recommend ordering approximately 10%-15% in excess of calculated requirements for cuts, breakages and future repairs.

What are your delivery costs?

Delivery cost includes packing and packaging as required. We will provide quotes on a job by job basis as requested.

What is your Returns Policy?

Please be careful in making your selections as we do not generally offer refunds if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.
